Special Note: No Oil on Sanibel-Captiva beaches (less than 1% chance); in the event we are affected in the future, we offer this provisional refund policy:

There is no oil from the Deepwater Horizon blowout currently on any Sanibel or Captiva beaches. As a precaution, however, local officials have mounted a beach watch to assure potential visitors that Sanibel and Captiva Island beaches continue to stay oil-free, with nothing but sand and shells.
In addition, we offer special refund policy in the event oil does wash onto the beaches, and the beaches are closed by local health officials. This policy assures renters of our properties that official closure of the beaches by City of Sanibel or Lee County authorities will qualify those renters for a proportionate refund for days remaining in their rental period.
We understand that all the media coverage about the oil spill in the north Gulf has people concerned about their Florida vacations. While we can't guarantee that extreme weather conditions will not drive oil towards our beaches, we can assure our renters that their vacation investments will not be at risk.

Some condos at beachfront complexes, may be discounted for upcoming open dates (within the next 4 weeks) so let us know if you need a getaway to enjoy warm temps and ocean breezes, collect shells, bike the island and/or walk the beach!
