OCEAN’S REACH CONDOMINIUMS RESORT ON SANIBEL ISLAND

Ocean's Reach Condominiums is a vacation resort complex located on the gulf front beach of Sanibel Island. Four buildings, four stories and four condos wide total sixty-four unique and brand new condominiums and are distinctly furnished and accessorized by individual owners from across the country.

The most popular amenities at Ocean's Reach are its desirable beachfront location, sixty-four gorgeous views from sixty-four condos and the "all new" professionally designed condo interiors and exterior grounds.

To provide a personal touch for the unique needs of each guest, a hand picked team of customer service professionals is on-site to arrange the vacation accommodations for thousands of travelers worldwide who call Ocean's Reach their "home away from home" for three days to three months or more and who scrupulously maintain the operations and grounds of this glorious, secluded beachfront resort.

Ocean's Reach is unique and distinct and wonderful. Of sixty-four one bedroom condos available on Sanibel Island, we have twenty four of them, making Ocean's Reach a perfect hideaway for romantic getaways and empty nester stays. All our one bedroom condos have floor plans that include a kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and bathroom as well as a laundry area that contains a full size washer and dryer. All one bedroom units have a queen sofa sleeper. Each unit will comfortably accommodate 2 - 4 guests.

Forty additional condos have two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Many of these condos have master suites with a walk-in master bathroom. Others have a central hallway with one convenient access to the master bedroom, guest room and both bathrooms.

Ocean's Reach Condo Rates

For the maximum enjoyment and relaxation of all our valued guests, please review  the reservation policies below prior to placing your reservation.

The rates above do not include 11% Florida & Lee County Taxes.

Reservation Policies

1. Maximum occupancy of a one bedroom condo is four guests. Maximum occupancy of a two bedroom condo is between four and six guests, depending on the furnishings of the condo. Occupancy limits are enforced by the Sanibel Fire Marshall.

2. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. $500 is due for all off-season reservations. $1000 is due for all in-season reservations (12/20/08 – 4/17/09 and 12/19/09 – 4/16/10). Deposits are due upon the booking of your reservation. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival. Deposits and final payments can be tendered with cash, check, traveler’s check, money order, MC or Visa.

3. A 5% discount is provided for multi-week rentals of four weeks or more. Please call 800-336-6722 for this discount to be added to your reservation.

4. Pets are not allowed on the lanai, condo or resort grounds.

5. All condos, lanais, corridors and common areas are smoke-free for the health and pleasure of each guest.

6. Parking of boats, motor homes and trailers can be accommodated ONLY with prior permission from Guest Services.

7. A minimum sixty day cancellation notice must be given to receive a refund of payments. If a notice of cancellation is given less than sixty days from arrival, payments will be refunded if the reservation can be rebooked for the same time period and rental rate. For your convenience and peace of mind, we are offering Trip Cancellation Insurance to our guests.

8. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There are no refunds for early checkouts.

9.Rental rates quoted are for a seven night stay. Mid-week and shorter term stays are available subject to availability. Please call 800-336-6722 to place these special reservations.

10. All Ocean's Reach guests agree to comply with the Ocean's Reach Guest Rules and Regulations and Pools Rules.
